That was always a nice show. Great light for photography, since the sun was always at your back. That show didn’t happen last year, but is on again this year for May 4-6. I can’t go, though, which is a bummer.

Yea, that show made me check the sun position for the shows. Temple, Waco, and Houston are the only ones in Texas as I recall.

Since most of the runways in TX run N/S, afternoon shows usually have pretty good sun angles, depending on the time of year, of course. There are actually a number of shows in TX, both big and small.
